The contract between SEO Right UK and the client will be on these conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing. The works to be carried out shall be as set out in the SEO Right UK confirmation order e-mail.

Definition of terminology used within this document

Hosting & Domain

Any domain names registered by SEO Right UK will be registered to the Site Consult UK's trading address. Although the domain names are registered to Site Consult UK, the client is the legal owner of the domain and if they request to have the details changed or the domain transferred elsewhere, SEO Right UK will do this within a reasonable time.

All new registered domain names by SEO Right UK will have an expiry date after 1 year of being activated. It is the responsibility of the client to renew their domain names when due. If a domain name expires, SEO Right UK cannot be held liable for this. However, SEO Right UK will make reasonable effort to contact the client regarding domain renewal.

If a domain name is purchased by the client through a company other than SEO Right UK, the client has full responsibility in making sure that the domain name is renewed when due. SEO Right UK will not renew the domain name when annual hosting renewal is due if the domain name is purchased through a company other than SEO Right UK.

When a client renews hosting with SEO Right UK, this also includes domain renewal if the renewal is needed to keep the site functioning and was purchased as part of the hosting package. If the client does not renew the hosting, their domain name could be made available to the public for purchase and SEO Right UK cannot be held liable for this.

Renewal of hosting is due on a yearly basis. The date of renewal will be annually from the date the website was ordered by the client. The hosting will not be renewed if SEO Right UK cannot contact the client or the client requests for us to not host this site.
The hosting renewal charge must be received within 10 days before the hosting expiry date. SEO Right UK reserves the right to deactivate any website where the hosting has expired and the client has not paid the renewal charge. There will be an admin fee set by SEO Right UK for reactivating the website / hosting.

If the client wishes to terminate the hosting and domain and transfer it to another provider, SEO Right UK will do this for a specified admin fee at the time of the transfer.

If the client does not use SEO Right UK hosting services then the management and hosting of the domain name are the full responsibility of the client.

Project’s content

SEO Right UK has no control of, or responsibility for, the content of SEO Right UK client's web sites. In no way does the textual or image based content of SEO Right UK client's web sites constitute SEO Right UK endorsement, or approval of the web site or the material contained within the web site. SEO Right UK has not verified any of the materials, images or information contained within SEO Right UK client's web sites and is not responsible for the content or performance of these sites or for the client's transactions with them. SEO Right UK provides links or references to SEO Right UK client's websites solely for the convenience of prospective customers and intends that the links it provides be current and accurate, but SEO Right UK do not guarantee or warrant that such links will point to the intended client site at all times.

SEO Right UK shall expect the client to carry out sufficient research before proceeding with a website. This will include checking that the website/idea/business will operate legally within UK law. It is important that the website is not in any way illegal. Any content including, images, text, logo or business identities copied from another website and supplied to SEO Right UK for use on their website is strictly prohibited, and in any such case, SEO Right UK are not liable for this as the client will take full legal responsibility.

SEO Right UK reserves the right to reject undertaking any project if feels it violates any of the above or the good moral standing.

Where images used on the website have been purchased by SEO Right UK on behalf of the client, these images are strictly for use on the website only. SEO Right UK is not liable for misuse of these images by the client or any other person/s copying, altering or distributing the images to individuals or other organisations.

All images displayed on the client's website will only be used after authorisation by the client and are the sole responsibility of the client regarding usage and copyright.

Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images supplied by the client or SEO Right UK, they will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Search Engine Optimisation

SEO Right UK will guarantee to submit client’s completed web site to the Google search engine. Please note, there is no guarantee on how long it will take in total for a website to be included, it usually takes from 4-6 weeks but it could take longer depending on the search engine crawlers. Still, SEO Right UK does not guarantee any specific placement or high ranking on search engines at all times.

Depending on the search engine optimisation pack, first results could be seen in Google after 6-9 weeks, where “result” means that some of the key words would become to appear on page 1 for some areas. Where the competition of optimised web site is greater it would take longer, especially if no targeted visits campaign is undertaken.

The most effective way to get crawlers to find a web site and get it listed with Google and other search engines is by building links to this website. It is clients’ responsibility to register their web site in as many index or directory sites as possible and get all their friends or business colleagues to place a link on their websites. This will help improve the ranking as the crawlers follow links.

Payments and prices

SEO Right UK will only commence work on a project after receipt of 50% deposit of the quoted project fee from the client. On client’s request the website could be switched to live mode once the deposit is paid while still under construction. The final 50% payment is to be made on completion of the website. In case the client’s remaining balance is not paid in full, the website would be switched off.

The deposit paid to SEO Right UK covers the cost of design and/or search engine optimisation work carried out and technical support. It is not possible to refund a deposit to the full once SEO Right UK has started the design and/or search engine optimisation if the client wishes to cancel the project. SEO Right UK reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by SEO Right UK but possible providing SEO Right UK decides upon this option.

Once the client has approved the creation of screen captures and the development of the website, then the client is fully liable for either the complete amount of the project cost, or an agreed termination fee for the work carried out to date.

SEO Right UK owns all design and code of the website until final payment has been received in full. Once final payment is received, the client will then own the design and code of the website.
SEO Right UK will provide 1 years free hosting for the client

with any web site. To keep the website active after the first years, the client will need to pay annually a technical support fee that includes hosting, domain and management. In doing so SEO Right UK will endeavour to provide a reliable and professional service to the client at all times but do not guarantee that the website hosting will be available at all times, especially in the event of a technical failure beyond SEO Right UK control.

When SEO Right UK is ordered a search engine optimisation pack for a website not hosted with SEO Right UK, for understandable reasons the full price is to be paid in advance.

Fair Work Policy

In an effort to provide greater value for client’s money the prices in SEO Right UK website include putting a text and/or picture and/or banner linking back or referring to SEO Right UK website. This rule is an inevitable part of SEO Right UK fair work policy. Exceptions are only made against a certain fee.

SEO Right UK retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of future publications on design, marketing materials, and portfolio.

Due to SEO Right UK fair work policy, if a project takes longer than 3 weeks to complete, any extra work is chargeable to the client at per hourly basis. This will be reviewed by management at the time of the extended period and all relevant matters and information relating to the delay will be taken into consideration.

SEO Right UK shall make every effort to ensure the final product is free of any grammatical and spelling errors, before giving the final product to the client. It is agreed that it is the client's responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. It is agreed that SEO Right UK is not responsible or held liable for any errors contained in the final product after the final product has been published in view of the public.

SEO Right UK will provide the client with an expected project completion date (live on the internet) if requested. SEO Right UK will endeavour to meet any given deadline but SEO Right UK do not guarantee and are not bound in any way to complete the project by this date.

SEO Right UK is committed to protecting clients’ privacy and complies with the Data Protection laws applicable to the UK. Unless otherwise advised, only SEO Right UK will have access to the information a client submits. Client’s details will not be passed or sold to third parties for marketing or mailing purposes.

SEO Right UK uses the information collected about clients to process their requests and to provide them with a more personalised internet experience. SEO Right UK may also use this information, occasionally, to tell clients about some progress and changes to the SEO Right UK web site. If a client would rather not receive this information, he should indicate his wishes by submitting SEO Right UK on-line form.

All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the client and SEO Right UK, unless both parties involved have granted consent.

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, SEO Right UK or SEO Right UK’s licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and material on this website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or pictures from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
